Delivery - 发货需知

1、星期一至星期 六当天下午四点半前成功付款当天发货，超过时间推到第二天发，星期天下午2点前成功付款当天发货

i. Payment made before 4 p.m (Monday to Saturday) or 2 p.m (Sunday), order will be process on the same day or else it will be process on the following day.

2、发货后会有短信通知，报知单号和件数，所以下单时，请报上常用的手机号，并且注意查收短信；

ii. Upon order being process, you will receive SMS notification with the Order No. and total items. Please provide your mobile phone number when making order and check your SMS for confirmation.

3、在收到货时，请在24小时内 确定货物是否有质量或者数量问题，及时与我司联系。超过时间，我司有权认为是客户人为损坏服装；

iii. Upon receiving the items, please inspect the items for any damage or incorrect quantity. We will not entertain any complaints made after 24 hours of goods received.

4、如果产生断货、缺货情况，会先发有货的，剩下的货再由我司包邮发回去给客人。也可以取消未发货，把余 额留到下一批货使用！客服人员会做好预存款记录的，请您们放心；

iv. In case of orders are out of stock, we will deliver whichever items are available, and make the necessary delivery when the remaining items are available. Customer may cancel the order for items which are out of stock and keep the balance of amount in our account for next order.

5、PUGSHOP品牌服装所有服装均为本公司自有 工厂生产，品控要求非常严格，不合格，坚决不允许出厂，所以，在发货时间上偶尔可能会因为工厂品控问题，出货延迟1-2天时间。在接到您的定单后我们会尽 快处理发货，如遇延迟现象请随时联系本站，如给您造成不便，还望见谅。

v. PUGSHOP emphasized on quality and strict QA been applied to the company products. We only allow the items to be delivered to our customer if QC passed. Due to high demanding on quality, this might lead to delay of delivery for 1-2 days. We will process your order as soon as possible. In case of any delay happened during the ordering period, we are truly regretted.
